Prayer Simple
O Lord , make me an instrument of your peace:
Where there is hatred let me sow 's Love .
Where there is injury, pardon.
Where there is discord, let me bring the Union.
Where there is doubt, let me sow faith.
Where there is error, let me bring truth.
Where there is despair, let me bring hope .
Where is sadness, Joy.
Where there is darkness, let me bring light .
O Master , grant that I may not so much seek
To be consoled as to console.
Be understood as to understand.
To be loved as to love.
As:
It is in giving that we receive;
Pardoning that we are pardoned;
Dying that we are born to eternal life.
