Venerable Bullesi Giles (1905 - 1929)

Military service from '25 to '27, as a sailor, playing a vibrant apostolic work among fellow soldiers. After his discharge, he worked as a draftsman in the shipyard at Monfalcone, but soon the disease forces him to continue treatment. For tuberculosis, August 29, 1928 is hospitalized at the hospital in Pula, giving, during his long illness, an example of fortitude and serenity Franciscan, reaching even to give his life for the missionaries.
