WFIS
The World Federation of Independent Scouts
The WFIS is Scout International Organization for independent scout, born with the primary purpose of encouraging meetings and exchange through camps, training courses, jamboree and beyond. The idea of WFIS (The World Federation of Independent Scouts) was born in 1996 in Laubach (Germany) with the aim of creating a Federation for the scouts who are not part of other international organizations and to offer the opportunity to establish contacts in the Europe and the world.
The WFIS Europe was officially founded in 1999 and is part of WFIS World. Any association scout who is not part of an already existing international scout can become a member of WFIS.
