Center John Paul II to Loreto
On June 4, visited the center GPIIIa, making stage, the 32 leaders Agesci from Italy along with all eight leaders, part of the camp staff training Agesci that is taking place these days in Matelica. They left this morning headed Matelica the basilica of Loreto, all together on a journey with Jesus through Mary to criticize their "YES"! We thank them for choosing the Center as a step in the path that leads into the house of SI.
Presentation of the Centre and Purpose
The Centre John Paul II lies in the shadow of the Shrine of the international Holy House of Loreto as a meeting point and discussion to discover and live. This Centre aims to be first home, a "home" in which to live a life experience and service, and our proposal is to walk with you, moving a few steps to the discovery of God, as sentinels of the third millennium ! The activity is aimed at individuals and groups of young people aged 16 to 35 years. Any other situation must be verified by the community center. Full day and can be repeated with meetings distributed throughout the year, according to a project that we will agree together. Provides thematic moments, personal reflection, dialogue with a member of the team of the Centre.
A home of Marian spirituality
You can participate alone or with your group of friends to the ordinary life of the Centre, its liturgy , its moments of prayer in his time of work and leisure. We will try to revive the simple style of the Holy House and the extraordinary experience of the Gospel of the ordinary days spent together.
An oasis of silence, of retreat and prayer
The experience includes time for silence, meditation and participation in ordinary life of the Centre, with the possibility of personal interviews. The program will be defined together.
A place of growth and checking for boyfriends
The meeting is open to young married couples, engaged couples already mature in their choice and young people who take their first steps into married life. Time the stronger the pilgrimage to the Holy House , where tradition says that Mary lived betrothed to Joseph.
A laboratory host youth and volunteer
This is a permanent part of the team where animation to help young people in their pilgrimage. Accompany youth groups to Sanctuary , animating a listening service and participating in activities and art workshops and cultural program. The initiative came in May 2001 and immediately aroused great enthusiasm, it not only joined the young Italians but also many young Europeans (France, Spain, Poland, Slovakia).
