Operation Rivers 2008 with Legambiente
"Operation rivers in 2008" is the national touring campaign monitoring, prevention and information on adapting to climate change and mitigation of landslide risk promoted by Legambiente together with the Department of Civil Protection, which will take place during October and November 2008.
In the 2008 national campaign, now in its sixth edition, in addition to prevention of landslides and floods, has been enhanced with new content and new initiatives, in particular addressing the issue of hydrogeological also in relation to adaptation to changes in climate, and renewing our commitment to the preservation and protection of rivers.
