I believe that the FIS is a useful organism to scouting and Italian, for this reason, there would be good reasons why you opened the Italian Association of Scouts of Europe, which is the second Italian Association as the number of subscribers, which could not be sufficient, but the Italian ESF stands for loyalty to the method and the fundamental principles of Scouting (including the FIS stands guarantor). In my opinion, the FIS should increase its dialogue between the various Italian and too many Scout associations, aiming to reconcile where possible with those associations which are similar to or Agesci CNGEI, but disassociated themselves from these for the whim or misunderstanding of some head ...
In the hope of greater openness and a clear message of brotherhood, we sincerely hope GOOD WAY!

I ask how was the news about World Scouting Conference in Seoul, Korea.
I know that the work of the WOSM chaired by Missoni has been questioned but I do not know how it ended the discussion.

The FIS was to be the federation of Italian Scouting associations that are recognized in the original method of Baden Powell. In fact it has become a semi / federation CNGEI AGESCI and with little use for both if not for the recognition and WAGGS WOSM. Perhaps it would be okay if they revalue its role and composition by actually becoming a federation of associations. I think everyone would have benefited Italian Scouting.

FIS = useless body
Besides being an acronym needed to credit Agesci CNGEI within the WOSM and what is it? Scouting in Italy is just Agesci / CNGEI? Well ....

Scouting in Italy is AGESCI, CNGEI, fse, assoraider, Masci, federscaut, FIS, coypu, AMIS, etc.. etc.. etc..
other names and hope creating federated unions at the top left things as they are.
roll up our sleeves and find new paths starting from the base.
Today it is appropriate to think that the Scouting units can be built only by working groups of the same territory, belonging to different associations with joint projects.
the city of Trieste, with The Light of Bethlehem, taught us that this is realistically possible.
