Saturday we gathered at Our Lady of Gree 15.00 per overnight stay for the squadron. Waiting for Francis, who was to come later, we began to move material in one place, not to miss anything (else have trouble).

When Francis came also climbed the tent , after searching for the best spot of ground, no sticks and stones that would have made ​​our night very uncomfortable! Around four also came Beavers (the other sq. male).

This weekend our squadron had set a goal: to start the company of squad that we had chosen for this year. Our mission was to build a portal to Our Lady of Gree. The construction was quite hard (but make it even more resistant to any acts of vandalism) and then decided to experiment to see what would come out the end result, what we've done the next day.

On Saturday evening we ate at the trapper , with salami and sausages cooked on the grill ... that good! Dinner at the trapper also means so much wood, so we are equipped with axes, saws, gloves, work and a good dose of willpower and we went to take them like hotcakes. We were near the fire all night, laughing, joking, talking about this and that, in various speeches and jokes we arrived late at night ... it was time to go to bed!

The night went well in the tent, among those who snored and who did not really want to sleep ... In the morning, after a delicious breakfast and an even more abundant looking for firewood (we had to make tea for breakfast) came the time of S. Mass and then we walked towards the church of Our Lady of the Poor where Don Emmanuel, as always, are welcomed with great enthusiasm.

After the S. Mass we returned to base camp and, after a short break, we started our company. We took the pali in the desired place and began to tie the tripod and to raise them, the tripods were placed on either side of the road leading to the campfire. We had done a good job and we deserved a break, we used to eat as we were hungry!!

Towards the end of the day we finished the portal, with the help of our department head Mauro, how high, it helped to fit a pole quite high. The portal was almost finished. They were two wonderful days we spent together.

After a quick check we parted, so returning to our house ... even if it was so good that some of us did not want to leave!!

Beavers Sq

Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 April, we've been together in Madonna di Gree Cobra squadron. Just arrived, after departing from the parish of Our Lady of the Poor, we put the tents. We came with a single goal: clean up the area near the base camp of Our Lady of Grée incivilmente that had been soiled. This was our squadron's mission, we chose this target because it seems silly to pollute the environment in which we live.

Towards evening, after clearing the area reserved for the camp fire, we cooked the trapper and the fire after dinner we were talking about our experiences. The next day, after sleeping at large, we have begun, after a good breakfast, our ecological work clearing the whole area.

Obviously the biggest waste as building materials or sheets unfortunately we could not remove them (we wondered how they could have arrived in the forest!) Finally, after lunch, we finished the work and then return to the oratory of Our Lady of Poor.
