Fields of Training Methodology - CFM 2008
The purpose of CFM is:
- offer a knowledge of the Scout method, in its essential values in all Branche;
- present problems and needs of children of Branche under which the field is dedicated;
- demonstrate and test the specific methodology chosen Branca.
The CFM is directed to adults belonging to the Community heads. If they have not had a recent experience as Rover and Scolte, frequency to the camp for adults comes extrassociativa is considered useful UIDELINES to a fruitful participation in the Field of Training Methodology. It is done within a few months in Community Heads to encourage the acquisition of useful tools to perform a service with the boys.
The CFM is realized in the form of mobile field and / or fixed, a regional or interregional, under a scheme formulated by the National Unit Training Heads in collaboration with the charge to method and Educational Assistance, the national charge to Branche and to areas, each for levels and areas of jurisdiction. Its duration is one week.

I and 20 years who are Lupetto, scout, novice, rover, now head ... .. "Incomplete" Thanks to courses / training camps that take place quite far from where I live, but especially in times when my work (being trader) is more fruitful ... and as I do in my area I have known a lot ...! What should I do to qualify head for all intents and purposes ...

Dear Giaocchino. I think that being a leader comes from your educational relationship with the boys. It is not a diploma to hang on the wall. If you do service you course and a group in an association. And almost all have the procedure and training courses, often calibrated on the possibilities of time that adults must participate. If you do not do service with the boys I wonder what you need as a leader. It seems a bit contradictory and ministerial (a career?). In any case, given the now rampant methodological differences (Casorini-Lupetti-ladybug, ladybug, ants, squirrels etc.). I think that is where the association can give you service the tools to be a good head (or rather, a Head better) for your kids.
