National Scout Extemporaneous Painting Contest

Will be held in Cetraro (CS) 25 to 27 July 2008, the 3rd edition of the Competition National Scout Painting Extemporaneous entitled to scout young sister "Maria Raffaella Oak", who died prematurely at age 12 in June 2001 Prime. The Competition of Extemporaneous Painting is open to all Scout groups throughout the country is entirely organized and managed by the Group Scout Cetraro 1.

Participation
They can attend all the Scout Groups throughout the country, enrolling in the contest one squadron, which may consist of several elements (max 10) provided that the group participating. The squadron must be accompanied by at least one end. The travel expenses are paid by participants, who must organize themselves to sleep with the curtains and sleeping in the spaces provided by the organization. Shall be borne by the organizers, travel, breakfast-lunch and dinner on Saturday. For Sunday lunch will be delivered to each participant a packed lunch. Will be installed in the place where the tents are available to participants sinks, showers and bathrooms. Parties must be equipped as a field scout.
Work
The work must be on site through a planned program which will be announced in the second decade of May 2008 through the website of the group. The supports will be provided by its competitors, must be thoroughly neutral and devoid of any trace or sketch. Any person with any figurative painting technique is accepted for applications in the contest. For painting technique is any manual operation: oil, acrylic, ink, vinyl, watercolor, graphite, pencil, etc., on any surface: canvas, paper, wood, plastic, iron, etc.. The maximum allowed is 1 meter by meter 70 cm.
Awards
The group winner will be chosen democratically by a committee, whose chairman will be an art expert of national reputation. The names of committee members will be announced July 20 by a member of a Group Scout Cetraro. Will win the victory of the Third Edition of the National Competition "Maria Raffaella Oak" a single squadron and then only a Scout Group. The prize purse up for grabs is a study of € 1,000.00 (one thousand) entirely donated by the family of young Maria Raffaella.
